Opener of Hearts. Space Holder. Eternal Student of the Human Experience.

I’m Alexa

I believe in the beauty of slowing down, feeling deeply, and remembering who we are beneath the noise.

My work is about creating spaces where self-discovery feels soft, playful, and heart-opening.

Spaces where all emotions are welcome. Where presence is the practice. Where you can come home to yourself.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the depths of the human experience—the way joy and grief can live side by side, the curiosity that keeps us searching, the quiet ache of “Is there more?”

I’m Cleveland-made but adventure-grown, most alive outside—barefoot, chasing sunsets, watching the leaves shift with the seasons, planting flowers, and grounding myself in the earth. I’m a “look at the moon right now” kind of person, and I love that about myself.

I grew up dancing—moving, storytelling, expressing before I ever had the words. Looking back, I realize I was training for the work I do now: helping people find language for their experiences, their emotions, and their becoming. Some things haven’t changed—I still go barefoot on stage whenever I can, and I’ll always sit cross-legged if the opportunity presents itself.

At 21, I lost my dad unexpectedly. Grief cracked my world wide open. I saw how many of us move through life carrying emotional weight, feeling alone in it. So I began to share—my words, my stories, the rawest parts of being human. That became my first book, Livin’ the Dream Today Because Tomorrow is Not Promised, and a movement to remind people to live now, not later.

Still, I was hungry for more—more life, more depth, more self-understanding. So I sold everything, bought a sprinter van, and hit the road. Alone. To find myself—or at least make space for whatever I was becoming. Those miles changed me in ways I’ll never fully be able to explain.

In 2020, I moved back to Ohio. What I thought would be temporary became an invitation to root, reflect, and redefine what home meant to me. Here, I wrote my second book, Your Permission Slip: To Self-Acceptance, Forgiveness, and Letting Go with Grace—a book that doesn’t tell you how to live, but rather hands you the permission to choose, to feel, to evolve.

Now, through cacao ceremonies, creative gatherings, and the me/you/us/we podcast, I hold spaces for curiosity, connection, and the full spectrum of being human—spaces where you can come as you are, feel what you need to feel, and leave a little more connected to yourself.

And that’s the energy I bring to everything I create.

This work is a love letter to anyone craving softness in their self-discovery journey.

The Heart Behind My Work:

I believe transformation moves in a rhythm:

Curiosity → Belief → Integration → Embodiment → wisdom

Most of the people I work with are already in the belief stage—they know a softer, more connected life is possible—but they want to feel it in their bones.

My role is to hold the space between knowing and becoming, so what you believe moves from idea to lived truth.

I create heart-opening spaces that invite reflection, connection, and joyful self-discovery:
