Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremonies

A warm cup, an open heart, and an invitation into a sacred space where you can meet yourself fully.

Cacao has a way of meeting you in the moment.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, softness, connection, or simply space to breathe.

In each ceremony, we gather in sacred space to slow down, sip this heart medicine intentionally, and allow this ancient plant to guide us inward.

A quiet, steady download: you are going to serve cacao one day, and you are going to serve it in mugs you made with your own hands.

I was on a hilltop above Lake Atitlán when something landed in my body. Not a vision. Not a plan.

I didn't rush it. A month after coming home, I started ceramics. I spent months (and years) building my relationship with the medicine, working one-on-one with a cacao mentor before I ever led a ceremony myself. When the first ceremony came, I had just enough handmade vessels for exactly the number of people in the room.

That's the whole story in miniature: something arrives quietly, you receive it with open hands, you do the work with integrity, and it unfolds exactly as it was always meant to.

What cacao actually is, biologically and otherwise:

Cacao is feminine. Ancient. Playful and wise in the same breath. The curiosity of a child living inside the knowing of a grandmother. She doesn't override you. She accompanies you. She shows you the doors and lets you choose which ones to open.

There's real science underneath the ritual. Theobromine, cacao's primary active compound works on your cardiovascular system instead. It gently dilates blood vessels, increasing blood flow to the heart. The result is soft, sustained energy: focused, calm, present. No spike, no crash. Cacao is called a medicine for the heart because it genuinely is one, it's pumping more blood to your heart before it's doing anything spiritual at all.

Cacao also works with your brain's love chemistry: phenylethylamine (the same compound released when we fall in love), oxytocin, and anandamide the "bliss molecule." When I call cacao a love cocktail, I mean it chemically as much as poetically. And she's rich in magnesium, which supports nervous system regulation which is why people physically soften in ceremony. The body isn't just responding to ritual. It's responding to the medicine.

Nothing added. Nothing removed. That's how I want you to feel too — like you showed up exactly as you are, and that was exactly enough.

1:1 Cacao — Heart Sessions

A personalized bridge to the heart — cacao shows you what's already inside you, so you can meet yourself with compassion and remember who you've always been.

Your own ceremony. Just you and cacao, with someone to hold the space.

We meet — online, or in person if you're local — for 90 minutes. I guide you in setting the space and creating a container for you to feel comfortable and able to receive. We drink cacao together, a full sensory experience. Then I guide you inward through meditation, intention-setting, reflection, and sound healing — toward whatever is asking to be seen, felt, expressed, or released. We close with integration: space to sit with what's surfaced, journal prompts if you need them, a grounded close.

This is not a group experience. There's no room to hide in, no one else's journey to follow. It is entirely yours. Cacao will show you your doors. I'll hold the light while you decide which ones to open.

$225 — single session (90 min)

Private Ceremonies

Some moments deserve their own container.

A birthday that actually means something. A team that needs to soften before they can really connect. A group of people you love, gathered in one room, ready to go a little deeper than the usual conversation allows

I'll come to you. I'll bring the cacao. I'll guide your group through ceremony: a ritual drinking of cacao, a guided meditation, and space for whatever wants to surface. Every ceremony is different because every group is different. What stays the same is the cacao, and what she does to a room full of people who give her the chance.

You'll leave feeling closer to yourselves and to each other. That's the promise.

Ideal for:

  • Birthdays — a meaningful way to mark another year

  • Team building — opening hearts for real conversation and connection

  • Dinner parties — starting an evening at a deeper level

  • Retreats and offsites — a morning opener or evening closer

  • Grief and life transitions — creating space for divorce, loss, or major change

$200 flat + $50 per person
